Opening an account
The minimum deposit depends on the tier: $100 for Standard, higher for Raw and Pro. The Accounts page lists the details for each type.

A valid ID (national ID, passport or driver's license) and a recent proof of address (utility bill, bank statement or residency certificate issued in the last 3 months).
Yes — you can hold multiple accounts under the same name, for example to separate strategies or test a new tier. Each account has independent credentials and balance.

SEPA bank transfer, credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) and the main crypto wallets. The options available in your country appear at deposit time.
No — we don't charge any deposit fees on our side. Costs from your payment institution are on you.
We process standard amounts within 24 business hours. The time to credit your account then depends on the receiving institution (typically 1-3 business days for SEPA).
No — per AML rules, withdrawals go strictly back to the same payment instrument used for deposits. If you change banks, contact us to update the reference.

Your stop loss may be executed at the first available price after the gap, even significantly different from the level you set. This is standard industry behavior and depends on the underlying market, not the platform.
Security & funds
Client funds are held in segregated accounts at supervised banks, separate from the firm's operating accounts. In the event of insolvency they don't enter the bankruptcy estate.
Optional two-factor authentication, notifications on new logins, automatic lock after consecutive failed attempts. Sensitive transfers require email confirmation.
